MEMBERSHIP SIGNUP AGREEMENT

Agreement to the complete terms. By creating an account, checking the boxes below, or selecting the purchase/join button, you enter a binding agreement with The Mending Journey ("Company," "we," or "us"). You also agree to the Membership Agreement, the Terms of Use at, and the Privacy Policy, each incorporated here. This one-page form summarizes and supplements, but does not narrow, the Full Membership Agreement.

  1. 1. Education only; no clinical relationship. The Mending Journey provides general education, self-development tools, and peer/community support. It does not provide medical or mental-health diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, professional advice, or crisis services, and no provider-patient relationship is created. Consult an appropriate licensed professional about your needs. In an emergency, call 911; in the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support.
  2. 2. Voluntary participation; risks; release. Membership may include breathwork, gentle movement, tapping, humming, sensory exercises, visualization, journaling, and discussion of personal experiences. Possible effects include dizziness, fatigue, discomfort, pain, emotional distress, activation, triggering, temporary symptom worsening, or other injury. You may pause or stop at any time. You knowingly assume the inherent and reasonably foreseeable risks of participation. To the fullest extent Pennsylvania law permits, you release the Company and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, facilitators, affiliates, and agents from claims arising from those risks or ordinary negligence. This release does not cover gross negligence, reckless or willful misconduct, or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
  3. 3. No promised results. Experiences vary. We do not guarantee healing, symptom relief, health outcomes, or any other specific result. Testimonials are individual experiences, not promises.
  4. 4. Recurring charges, cancellation, and refunds. You authorize recurring charges at the price and billing interval displayed at checkout until you cancel using the method shown there or in your account. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Unless checkout states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term and amounts already paid are nonrefundable, except where law requires otherwise. Any price change applies prospectively after notice.
  5. 5. Account, community, and content. You must be at least 18, or you must have the consent of a parent or guardian, provide accurate information, protect your login, respect member privacy, follow community rules, and not copy, share, record, resell, or misuse Company content. Community posts are not guaranteed confidential; share thoughtfully.
  6. 6. Pennsylvania law. Pennsylvania law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes must be brought in state or federal courts serving Chester County, Pennsylvania, after the informal-resolution process in the Full Membership Agreement.
