- 1. Scope and responsible business. This Policy explains how The Mending Journey collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through TheMendingJourney.com and related accounts, membership areas, communications, and features that link to this Policy (the "Services"). It does not govern third-party sites or services.
- 2. Information we collect. We may collect: (a) identifiers and account details, such as name, email, username, hashed password or authentication token, contact information, and preferences; (b) transaction and membership details, such as subscription status, purchases, billing address, and payment confirmation (payment providers process card data); (c) activity and progress information, such as videos viewed, completion history, Journey Points, badges, login times, and feature use; (d) communications and content you submit, including support requests, profile or community posts, and any wellness-related information you voluntarily share; and (e) technical data collected automatically, such as IP address, device/browser, identifiers, approximate location, referring pages, clicks, and cookie data. We collect information from you, your device, and service providers.

We use information to provide and personalize the Services; create and secure accounts; process memberships and payments; save progress; provide support; send service notices and, with any required consent, marketing; operate community features; detect fraud or misuse; analyze and improve performance; enforce agreements; comply with law; and protect users, the Company, and others. We do not use voluntarily submitted wellness information for targeted advertising without any consent required by law.

We operate from the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or other countries where providers operate, which may have different privacy protections.
